1 cup chopped or frozen strawberries
2 cups low fat or fat free greek yogurt
Gently mash fruit. Fold fruit into the yogurt. Fill ice-pop molds and freeze until firm, about 5-6 hours. Store for up to 3 days.

Place the following ingredients in your blender or smoothie maker. Mix well.
¼ cups ice cubes
1 cup raspberries
1 scoop Chocolate flavored Protein Powder
1 cup Fat Free Greet Yogurt
¼ cup Almond Milk or Skim Milk
1 Tbsp honey

A great appetizer is to enjoy this creamy dip with crackers or crudité. This one features garlic and herbs and is very creamy. Drain the yogurt to give your dip a thicker consistency.
Recipe for Creamy Garlic Herb Dip:
1 Qt Yogurt, Drained
3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
½ tsp minced garlic
¾ tsp coarse salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Carrots and endive for crudites
Crackers or soft bread slices
Directions: Combine all ingredients and serve.
