Today the NH Fisher Cats made a big announcement that was very exciting! The club was introducing some major renovations to the ball park that will enhance the experience greatly. Red Oak was pleased to be invited to a special unveiling of the plans.
Mike Ramshaw, the Fisher Cat’s team President made the announcement that a new entry to the ball park will transform the user experience. Patrons will now be greeted with an interactive game area, a fixed performance stage that will be utilized before and after games and a new Tiki-Bar!
Fans will be immersed in the interactive nature of the space and enjoy live music, a water feature, a selfie spot and the beach party feel of the Tiki-Bar. This unique experience will be ready when the park opens for the first game of the season on April 6th.
Also on hand was Adam Wagner from Market Square Architects who designed the space. He explained that in addition to the new entry experience, the area in front of the Sam Adams Bar will be getting a make-over. Gone will be the picnic tables. These will be replaced by 136 new seats situated on four tiers of seating. Ticket holders for this area will pay $36 and enjoy a primo view of the park and be able to partake of the expansive buffet offered in the Sam Adams Bar!
It sounds like a ton of fun and gives us all another reason to love the Fisher Cats! Mayor Ted Gatsas was on hand for the big announcement and wished the team success this season.
We are looking forward to the season and the Eastern League All Star Classic that will take place on site on July 12, 2017. Play Ball!
We love the Fisher Cats and our Red Oak Apartments are close by the park.
We can help you if you are looking for the perfect place for you.
