Where does Red Oak Apartment Homes have apartments for rent?

Red Oak Apartment Homes has 1,700+ apartment offerings in 4 New Hampshire towns and cities including Manchester, Milford, Derry, and Hooksett. Layouts include studios, 1 to 4 bedroom styles, townhomes, condominiums and single-family houses. Any resident can refer a friend, relative or co-worker to live in one of our apartments. They must give us your name when they first call to tour and apply. You will be rewarded with a $750 rent-credit when they sign a 12+ month lease.  Learn more here.

Does Red Oak require Security Deposits?

Red Oak continues to revolutionize the rental market by eliminating the traditional security deposit. New residents pay only a one-time, non-refundable Lease Safeguard Fee starting at $399. This small fee and the first month’s rent payable at move in, helps save our residents hundreds of dollars. Can I pay my rent online?

Paying rent is easy at Red Oak Apartment Homes. Our resident portal allows you to pay your rent on-line. You can do it each month manually, set up a recurring payment or arrange a draw from your bank account for your payment each month. There are fees associated with this service. You can also easily pay your rent by mail or by stopping by our offices.

What is Red Oak’s pet policy?

We know that your pets are part of your family. All our pet friendly apartments accept up to two pets and all apartments are cat friendly at every single one of our properties.

Dogs are welcome at our Redstone Apartments, Sunset Ridge Apartments, Red Oak at 409 Elm Street, Red Oak at 875 Elm Street Apartments, The Ridge at Eastern Trails, Milford Trails Apartments & Storage and Eastern Trails Apartments & Storage Properties and select other properties. We offer neighborhoods that are perfect for walks with your dogs. In fact, we’re so dog friendly that there are dog parks at Redstone, Sunset Ridge, Milford Trails, The Ridge and Eastern Trails properties. There is even an urban dog park with agility equipment at downtown Manchester’s Red Oak at 875 Elm Street property. Pet fees and breed restrictions do apply.

Where can I get an apartment in Manchester, NH?

Red Oak Apartment Homes has a large offering of apartments in Manchester, NH. We have downtown locations, and locations near I93 Exit 8, Exits 4 and 5 from Route 293 and Exit 13 off the Everett Turnpike.  See our full list here.

Where can I get an apartment in Milford, NH?

Red Oak Apartment Homes has a large offering of apartments in Milford, NH. We have locations just off Routes 101 and 101A that are convenient to Nashua and Bedford. Red Oak Apartment Homes has a large offering of apartments in Derry, NH. They are located close to restaurants, shops and services both right on and right off Broadway in downtown Derry. Red Oak Apartments offers apartment styles and prices for every lifestyle and every budget.  Our many New Hampshire locations offer well-maintained work force housing, luxury penthouse apartments, and everything in between. You choose with Red Oak’s Daily Flex Price Program where your rental price will be determined based on your choices from our available options for lease terms, move-in dates and apartment availability.

What are some of the amenities and benefits that I can expect from Red Oak Apartments?

Every Red Oak Apartment includes our 24-hour emergency maintenance program, flexible lease terms, Resident Perks Program, online rent payments, an easy transfer policy, options for smoking or non-smoking apartments, leasing professionals who speak Spanish, and a $750 referral bonus for residents. In addition, our properties welcome up to two pets. Nearly all apartment communities have off-street parking available, and are close to commuter roadways or public transportation. With nearly 1,700 apartments, urban and suburban locations and prices to match every budget, amenities vary greatly at each apartment community. How can I tour a Red Oak Apartment?

Many of our apartments are available to view virtually. Visit our YouTube Channel and use the playlists to see apartments in the Red Oak community of your choice.  We also post videos of every available apartment on our website.  In addition, we welcome in-person tours of vacant apartments. It’s easy to set up an apartment tour at Red Oak Apartments. You can request an in-person tour by calling our office at 603-668-8282, or submit a request on our website. Valid ID’s are required for in-person tours.

Where can I park at my Red Oak Apartment?

Most Red Oak Apartments include parking spaces!  Some apartments have optional garage parking. We encourage you to find the apartment you are most interested in renting then give our office a call to get all the parking details. Commercial plates are not permitted to park on Red Oak properties.

How can I save on expenses by renting?

Many of the Red Oak apartments have some or all utilities included.  This can really be helpful to renters who don’t want to have to budget for things like heat or electricity or hot water.  To see which of the Red Oak available apartments include utilities go to our available apartments page and filter the search by “Utilities Included”.

Haha. We get this question a lot. We prefer Red Oak, but we won’t be upset if you call us Red Oaks.
