Non-Emergency Maintenance Request Form
Please use the form below or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request maintenance work be performed on your Red Oak Rental.
Examples of non-emergency maintenance issues include:
- Closet door off the track
- Garbage disposal broken
- Broken drawer pulls or hinges
- Torn screen
- And all other issues that are not considered emergency maintenance
Submitting this work order indicates that it is okay for us to enter your apartment to complete the work if you are not home. Please allow up to 5 business days to complete your request.
