Maintenance Emergencies

We have expert maintenance staff on call after business hours for maintenance emergencies only.  After hours are:

  • Weekdays from 5:30pm to 9am
  • Weekends
  • Holidays

After hours emergencies must be telephoned into our main office at 1-603-668-8282.


Examples of maintenance emergencies include:

  • No heat
  • No power / electricity in entire apartment
  • Gas leak
  • Sewer/toilet backup (if only 1 toilet)
  • Flooding, or leaks that won’t stop
  • Major property damage
