We have expert maintenance staff on call after business hours for maintenance emergencies only. After hours are:
- Weekdays from 5:30pm to 9am
After hours emergencies must be telephoned into our main office at 1-603-668-8282.

- No power / electricity in entire apartment
- Gas leak
- Sewer/toilet backup (if only 1 toilet)
- Flooding, or leaks that won’t stop
- Major property damage
