Why Drink Infused Water?

We all have heard that drinking water is good for us.  We try to drink 8 glasses a day but it is hard to remember to do.  Drinking lots of water helps keep our bodies hydrated, prevents headaches and helps to keep us energetic.  We have found that by infusing natural flavors into water it makes it more appealing to drink.  Adding fruits, herbs and flavorful veggies helps to make the water more appealing and adds vitamins.  Most importantly these drinks look good and if it looks good we are more likely to drink the water and stay hydrated.
