Red Oak Apartment Homes is hiring a Leasing Professional for our corporate office in Manchester, NH.
The opportunity to join our respected, vibrant and professional staff is now available in Manchester, NH. We are looking for a creative, motivated individual to join our leasing team at our growing and dynamic company. A successful background in sales is desirable.
Compensation includes an hourly rate + an average commission of $6,000/yr + an average bonus of $5,000/yr. For an individual with strong sales skills the potential compensation could be $50,000/yr +.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Have a valid driver’s license and a car

- Duties will include the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals such as showing apartments, coordinating move-in and move-out paperwork, preparing lease documents and answering phone calls. This is a 40 hour per week job.
