We are pet friendly! Cats and small dogs welcome. A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. The pet fees are $35 per month per cat, and $50 per month per small dog (under 25 pounds, breed restrictions apply).

As part of Red Oak’s revolutionary apartment living, we offer the Ori Cloud Bed Sofa in select studio apartments to offer a space-saving, partially furnished apartment style at 409 Elm Street that is truly out of this world! The Astro Style Floorplan is our robotic studio apartment. Thoughtful design for those who prefer a minimalist lifestyle. By day, enjoy open floor space for entertaining or relaxing on the sofa with a good book. When it is time for bed, simply press a button and the living area is miraculously transformed into a bedroom. Your robotic bed slowly moves down from the ceiling for sleep time. In the morning, just press that button again and your bed slowly moves back up to the ceiling and out of the way. Now that’s revolutionary! Watch this bed in motion in our Astro Style apartment.
